This Privacy Policy explains how Mind2Market Group LLC (“Mind2Market Group LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information in connection with this website. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you contact us or submit our project form, we collect the details you choose to share — typically your company, name, email address, phone number (optional), industry, budget and timeline (optional), and a description of your project.

Account information. To use our AI Website Builder, you sign in with your email address using a one-time link (there is no password). We store your email, your credit balance and purchase history, and a secure session cookie so you stay signed in.

AI Website Builder content. When you use the builder, we collect the information you enter — your business name, industry, a description of what your business does, an optional website URL, and any text you edit or images you upload or generate — so we can create and store your website concept. A builder submission may also create a lead in our internal system, which we may use to follow up with you about building your website.

Payment information. Credit purchases are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout and are handled by Stripe — we do not receive or store your full card number. We receive a confirmation of payment and limited details such as the amount, pack purchased, and the email associated with the payment.

Comments. If you comment on a blog post or case study, we collect your name, email address, and comment. Comments require a matching contact on file, an email confirmation, and our approval before they appear.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. If we use website analytics, we use a privacy-respecting service and do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use your information

• To provide the AI Website Builder — generate, store, and let you edit your website concept, manage your account and credits, and process your purchases.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use only the cookies needed to run the site. These include a secure, HttpOnly session cookie that keeps you signed in to the AI Website Builder, short-lived security tokens that protect forms and sign-in links, and a bot-protection challenge (Cloudflare Turnstile) on some forms. We do not use advertising, marketing, or cross-site tracking cookies.

AI processing

To generate a website concept, images, or other AI outputs, the information you enter (such as your business description or an image prompt) is sent to our AI providers — Anthropic (text) and fal.ai (images) — which process it to return a result. That processing is subject to those providers’ own terms and privacy practices. Please do not enter sensitive personal information into the builder.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How we share information

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers (sub-processors) who help us operate the site and services, and only as needed to provide those services to us, each under its own terms and privacy policy:

• Hosting & database: Vercel and Supabase (site hosting, database, and file storage).
• Payments: Stripe (processes credit purchases).
• Email: Resend (sends sign-in links and notifications).
• AI providers: Anthropic and fal.ai (generate builder text and images).
• Bot protection: Cloudflare (Turnstile, to block automated abuse).
• Maps & search: Google (optional location and research features).

Some of these providers may process data in the United States. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property. We do not share your information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Public preview links

A website concept you generate is published to a private, unguessable link (for example, /build/<token>). These pages are not indexed by search engines, but anyone who has the link can view the concept, so only share the link with people you intend to see it.

Data retention

We keep the information you submit only as long as needed to respond to your request, to provide the services, and to meet our legal, accounting, and business obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it. Builder accounts, credit history, and saved website concepts are kept while your account is active; contact us to close your account or delete a concept.

Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared with us by emailing info@mind2marketgroup.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Florida Digital Bill of Rights or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA); we honor verifiable requests to the extent those laws apply to us. You can also opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.
